This course is the essence of make up artistry. Teaching you all the fundamental basics from skin tones, skin types, selecting foundations, identifying face shapes - eye shapes - lips shapes, contouring and highlighting, brow techniques, eyeliner, lip application, choosing colours (foundations, eyeshadows, lip gloss/lipsticks). It is your core elements class. In order to be successful in anything you have to start from the beginning. This course is ideal for anyone who is considering a career in makeup or wishes to up their basic skills and knowledge.

By the end of this course students will have the knowledge and skills to choose products and apply them to all skin tones/types and face shapes. You will learn two full looks throughout the course. This is a starter course and you are recommended to advance to our Bridal or Pro Makeup Artistry Course to prepare you for taking clients and meet industry standards. 



Our Bridal & Occassion Makeup Artistry Diploma course is ideal for anyone wishing to pursue a makeup career within the bridal sector or perhaps take freelance clients at the weekends! 

Starting from beginner level this fast paced course will teach you how to create beautiful bridal looks that can be adapted for the regular client too. 

Students will be expected to do some home practice to perfect their skills (as practice makes perfect) and ensure they give 100% to the course curriculum. 

Included in this course is a free masterclass with VanityX creator and owner Debbie who will guide you on pricing, social media and marketing yourself as an artist. 

*Students also have the opportunity to become ITEC accredited 



The ultimate part time makeup artistry course starting at beginner level and progressing to advanced techniques like cut crease, spotlight, instagram trends and lots more. 

This course is ideal for the makeup enthusiast who wants to make a career in makeup producing trend makeup looks on top of standard smokey eye looks, bridal and more. 

This is a fast paced course starting at beginner level, so students should expect to cover the fundamentals of makeup in the first few weeks before progressing to advanced techniques. Mastering basic skills and understanding the facial features are paramount before pursuing trends. 

We want our students to be adaptable, create trends and to not just be able to copy demonstrations that only suit certain client's or models. Makeup skills should be adaptable to all. 

Students have the opportunity to gain their ITEC qualification during this course.
